White round rice is prized for its soft and sticky texture when cooked, making it ideal for a wide range of dishes from sushi and rice balls to creamy risottos and desserts. White round rice is easy to prepare:
wash it until the water is clear to remove excess starch, then cook the rice in a rice cooker or pot at a ratio of 1:1.25 (water to rice) for about 15-20 minutes.
