Organic, Lithuanian-grown white oats are recommended instead of rice. For faster cooking, it needs to be soaked. Grinding in a grinder will give you fresh oat flour. Raw oat flour goes rancid quickly, so I recommend grinding a small amount at home. Germination is very poor because most of the hairs covering the grain have been removed mechanically.
