This wholemeal oatmeal is made from organic oats. Organic oatmeal is a source of protein and fibre, so it’s not only tasty but also nutritious and a great start to the day!
Traditional oatmeal takes about 6-7 minutes to cook. Because it is coarser, it takes longer for the body to digest it, which results in a longer feeling of satiety. Perfect for breakfast!
Bring 400 ml of plant milk or water to the boil, add 100 g of oats and cook for 5-6 minutes. Cover and leave for 2 minutes.
You can add a teaspoon of organic chia (Spanish sage) or other seeds or nuts of your choice.
For sweet tooths: flavour with your choice of jam, jam, nut or coconut cream, organic coconut blossom sugar or agave syrup.
For those who like to eat salty: flavour with vegetable butter or oil, organic soya or our Coconut sauce.
