A vegan interpretation of the tartare recipe with very finely chopped seaweed from the Galician estuaries. Organically grown seaweed(Himanthalia elongata, Undaria pinnatifida and Ulva spp.).

Ready to use. For use without prior preparation. Can be used on toast and snacks, as a garnish, with smoked products, asparagus and salads. Can be mixed with mayonnaise.
