Millet groats are rich in protein, the right amount of starch, good carbohydrates and some fat. They also contain B vitamins.
Organic millet groats can be eaten cooked as porridge, seasoned with olive oil and spices, or with dried fruit.
Also to be mixed with porridges or flakes of other cereals.
Preparation: Rinse the groats, cook in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion of groats to 3 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 min.
