Marjoram can appear savoury, slightly sweet or even bitter. It is added to soups, vegetable stews, salads, tofu and sauces. Suitable with pasta, baked potatoes, on pizza or pasta. Suitable for curing cucumbers and tomatoes, flavouring vinegar and tea. Combines with thyme, sage, rosemary, basil, tarragon. As with most spices, it is advisable to add marjoram at the end of the cooking process in order to maintain a strong aroma
