The main ingredient in Diet Noodles is konjac, a water-soluble fibre extracted from the root of the konjac plant. It originates from Asia and the foods made from it are also called Shirataki or Konjac noodles.
Konjac noodles are a natural product rich in soluble fibre, free of fat, sugar, starch and protein, free of WHEAT and gluten, tasteless, easily absorb the aroma of spices and other additives, quick to prepare, tasty and healthy.
The main advantage of this pasta is that its ingredients are sourced only from certified and controlled plantations and suppliers.
No added sugar, no carbohydrates, no fat.
Preparation
Rinse the pasta thoroughly under warm running water. Boil or bake for 2-3 minutes. Add directly to the dish.
