The Cordyceps mushroom grows in the highlands of Tibet, China and India, where it is a very unusual breeding ground.
Cordyceps sinensis contains not only vitamins, trace elements and essential amino acids, but also cordycepin, ergosterol, oficordin, galactomannan and L-tryptophan. Mushrooms also contain specific polysaccharides and glycoproteins.
The recommended adult dose is up to 6 grams per day.
