We eat relatively little fermented products, so acid is not really enough in our diet. For this reason, AVIZO should be taken daily, preferably with 1-2 tablespoons at each meal. You can take some AVIZO before meals and the rest after you have finished eating. If convenient, add AVIZO directly to food (juices, porridges, salads, mixed salads). Lactic acid and Bifidobacteria (including Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus). The product shall contain at least 108 CFU/ml.
Drinking water, organic buckwheat 10%, acidity regulator sodium bicarbonate, lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria cultures.
