Fermented oat drink – like all fermented products, it is acidic, but has the neutrality of oats, making it ideal for flavouring both dishes and drinks without altering their taste. This concentrated drink can supplement the diet with good bacteria, enzymes and organic acids. For first time use, we recommend diluting a tablespoon (15ml) of the concentrated drink with water to the desired acidity and drinking it with or after a meal. The usual optimal daily intake is 45-50ml. This amount should be consumed in such a way that it is sufficient with each meal. With steady consumption, each person discovers the most acceptable amount of the drink. It is also possible to use the undiluted product to acidify and enliven various dishes (vegetables, salads, porridges, soups, vegetable stews, fruit desserts), or to add it to juices or other non-alcoholic drinks.
