Organic Pu-Erh tea

Red organic tea with a very strong and earthy flavour, “post-fermented”.

Puerh is a fermented tea that improves digestion and is fortified with polyphenols that cleanse toxins and free radicals. In addition, the health benefits of Pu-erh tea include improving heart health, as it contains statins that lower cholesterol. Puerh also contains a wide variety of bacteria that support gut health.

For the most delicious tea, use 3 g of tea in 200 ml of boiling water and steep covered for 4-5 minutes.
