Organic green tea China Chun Mee
Chun Mee green tea has a fresh, slightly sour taste with a slight smoky edge. The tea has a light colour when brewed. It is a popular variety originating in China. The name ‘Chun Mee’ means ‘eyebrow shape’ in Chinese, which refers to the characteristic shape of the tea buds, which are small, narrow and slightly curved, resembling well-groomed eyebrows.
Preparation
Pour about 80°C hot water over one heaped teaspoon per cup (200 ml) and allow the tea to steep for 1-2 minutes for a mild flavour, 2-4 minutes for a stronger taste.
