Preparation: this product needs to be prepared in advance by boiling for 20 minutes or rehydrating in water for 5 minutes (the weight of the dried product increases by a factor of six).
Recommended use: when cooked, add to salads, soups and stews. Also as a thickener and stabiliser in sauces, jams and desserts.
Intended for: general public, except infants and young children. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Approximately 0.3 g of hydrated seaweed and 10 g of dehydrated seaweed contain 150 µg of iodine (NRV according to EU Regulation 1169/2011).
