AVIZO starters are rich in their composition – colonies of living bacteria and naturally occurring organic compounds found in research. Organic sourdough starter is a safe and clean medium for the growth of good bacteria colonies.
AVIZO is not a medicine or a food supplement, so the guidelines for use are for guidance only!
We eat relatively little fermented food, so acid in the diet is definitely not enough. For this reason, AVIZO should be taken daily, preferably with 1-2 tablespoons at each meal. You can take some AVIZO before meals and the rest after you have finished eating. If convenient, add AVIZO directly to food (juices, porridges, salads, mixed salads). A wide variety of live bacteria
