Preparation instructions:
Standard preparation of milky porridge for babies from 4 months
1. Bring 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml fresh water to the boil.
2. Cool to 50°C and pour into a bowl.
3. Gradually add 25 g (about 5 tablespoons) of porridge and mix well.
4. Leave to stand for 1 minute until it reaches the required consistency. Cool to an edible temperature (~37°C).
Tip: Instead of fresh milk, the milky porridge can be made with infant formula or breast milk.
Preparation of porridge with fruit from 6 months
1. Add 70 ml of freshly boiled warm water to a bowl.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of porridge and 6-7 tablespoons of fruit puree.
3. Cool and check the temperature (37°C) before feeding.
