Extra virgin olive oil, extracted directly from the olives and only by mechanical means. The oil was produced exclusively from olives grown on organic plantations, without the use of artificial fertilizers. Cold-pressed, not suitable for frying. Recommended for soups, ready meals, salads, cold sauces.
Olive oil is rich in vitamin E. It also contains Omega 3 and Omega 6, antioxidants.
The recommended daily intake for an adult is 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Can be used externally on sensitive, irritated skin after consultation with a dermatologist.
